At CleverCrow, we strive to deliver the highest quality digital marketing and website development services to our clients. We understand that plans may change, and we have outlined our Cancellation and Refund Policy below to maintain transparency and fairness.
1. Service Cancellation
You may request cancellation of services under the following terms:

Monthly Retainer Services (e.g., SEO, PPC, Social Media Management):
Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

Project-Based Services (e.g., Website Development, One-time Campaigns):
Cancellations requested after work has started will be subject to deductions based on the work already completed.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited. Here’s how we handle refunds:

No Refund will be provided for:

Work already completed and delivered.

Monthly retainer services already rendered.

Delays caused due to lack of communication, content, or feedback from the client.

Partial Refunds may be considered:

If a cancellation is made before any work has started on a project.

If work has begun, and the scope completed is significantly less than the total project value, at our discretion.

Refund Timeline:
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Non-Delivery of Service
If for any reason, CleverCrow fails to deliver the agreed service and no work has commenced, a full refund will be issued.
4. Change of Mind
Please note, we do not offer refunds for services if the client simply changes their mind after approving the project scope or initiating the campaign.
